To Affiliates re: Wildspeak 10-28

Dear Affiliate,

I am sure that by now, you know of our upcoming WiLDSpeak event in DC, on Monday, November 16.  A symposium on photography, conservation and communications that aims to inform about best practices and lessons learned in the use of visual media in conservation campaigns.  It’s a tall order, but we have a fantastic lineup of speakers and NGO and media partners who will be presenting on panels. As for the audience, we will have more than 20 Fellows attending and already have registrants from the Africa Wildlife Foundation, Galapagos Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, National Geographic, World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Island Conservation, FrakTracker Alliance, Defenders of Wildlife, Pew Charitable Trusts, Smithsonian Institution, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to name just a few.  We also have registrants from camera/photo clubs and from our product sponsors of course: Nikon, Cognisys, Voltaic Systems, and Lowepro.
